DuCee Attractive Wear is a brand of jewelry and clothing that infuses the function of magnets into the world of fashion.  Our products can be worn as beautiful jewelry but also turn into a wardrobe enhancer to restyle everyday looks into something extraordinary.

The DuCee Collection is our signature line of jewelry that pairs our patent-pending dual magnetic closures with differing connective bands.  These magnetic cases, when paired together create a cassette and provide the magnetic closure mechanism.  They are made of sterling silver or varied colors of bronze. Our DuCee Collection consists of four lines: Nobility, Versatility, Flexibility, and Utility.  Each line is defined by the different bands which connect to the magnetic cassette.  Together, the bands and the cassettes create an innovative piece of jewelry that blends fashion and function.

To compliment our DuCee Collection, we offer our Large signature silk modal scarf detailed with the DuCee logo in shadow effect or Medium with a black and white logo.  The luxurious, fringed Large scarf is 54 inches square or 44 inches square for the Medium scarf.  With each scarf, you receive four Magnettes.  The Magnettes are powerful, plastic-coated magnetic discs embellished with our logo.  The Magnettes and DuCee Duet are especially designed to allow you to transform your scarf into different looks.

The “Nobility” line is created by artisans in Peru who weave metal wire into gorgeous bands of sterling silver or fashion metals in silver, copper, and gold shades.  Because the woven bands are hand-made, some of the fashion gold wire may vary in color from the pictures on the website.  Each end of the band utilizes a split ring, like a key ring, that allows the wearer to remove if desired.

The “Versatility” line features multi-colored bands made of bejeweled suede.  Each end has a ‘lobster’ clasp that makes the band interchangeable.

The “Flexibilty” line consists of stretchy, multi-colored elastic bands threaded with metal charms.  Each end has a ‘lobster’ clasp that makes the band interchangeable.  Unique to this line is the variance of length the band allows because of the elastic.  This feature makes this line ideal for using as a choker necklace.

The “Utility” line is our most unisex line with a single, classic coated-leather strip with split rings on both ends.  Like a key ring, the split rings allow the wearer to remove the band as needed.

All of our DuCee cases are made and crafted in the USA with the following high-quality materials:

0.925 Sterling Silver: 92.5% silver, 7.5% copper

White bronze (“Silvery bronze”): 56-62% copper, 15-20% manganese, 16-28%zinc, 1-2% lead, 0-1% beryllium

Yellow bronze (“Golden bronze”): 76% copper, 18% zinc, 6% tin

Red bronze (“Coppery bronze”):  88% copper, 8-10% tin, 2-4% zinc

Sterling Silver is the highest quality standard for silver in the jewelry industry.  Unlike pure silver, sterling silver is an alloy, or mixture, of 92.5% pure silver with copper to enhance its luster, strength and durability.  Like many metals, copper is more susceptible to oxidation, or rusting and this chemical reaction is what causes sterling silver to tarnish.  Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration and household bleach and other strong chemicals. Cosmetics and fragrances can also negatively affect the finish of sterling silver and direct contact should be avoided.

A “Single” DuCee is one bracelet.  It can be worn not only as a bracelet, but as an anklet or tie clip.  The functionality to restyle your wardrobe would be clipping up your skirt, creating midriff or side slit.

A “Duet” DuCee is two bracelets.  It can be worn not only as a bracelet, but as earrings or a choker necklace.  The functionality to restyle your wardrobe would be shrobing, clipping up your skirt, sleeves, pant legs or creating midriff, side slits, razor backs, and halter tops.  The Duet allows more function and pairs with the Magnettes provided with each DuCee scarf.

Polarity of magnets in our cases can vary.  If you order two Single bracelets at different times to create a Duet, the cases may not magnetize properly.  Please contact us at CustomerService@ducee.org for assistance.

We have a few methods to determine your wrist size.  You can either go to the print and sizing chart on our website or wrap a flexible tape-measurer above your wrist bone (toward elbow, not hand).  Pull it tight so it’s snug but not uncomfortable.  This is your wrist size.  Look for the sizing categories (1-5) that DuCee bands offer to coordinate with your wrist size.  We suggest that if you are on the cusp of sizing, to choose the smaller size.

If ordering a Duet, this will usually fit your neck as a choker, but not always.  To help ensure that you get the most out of your Duet, we recommend that you order 2 Flexibility bands that provide more variance in sizing.

To prevent tarnish of your DuCee cases, we recommend you store your DuCee in a safe, dry place while engaging in the following activities: household and outdoor chores, showering, bathing, or all water activities.  The use of hand or body lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics could also affect the polish of the cases.  Do not wear your DuCee when exercising, participating in contact sports or preparing meals.

To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.  Never use jewelry cleaner on DuCee jewelry or submerge a case in liquid.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our product; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur.  Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels. As bronze ages, it may take on a darker finish.

An oxidized finish is the deliberate blackening of crevices in the ornamentation of a metal object to make its decorative details stand out more clearly.  This was used on our logo inset.  Take care as this finish can be removed by overzealous cleaning and polishing.

Between professional servicing, most sterling silver jewelry and other metals can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner.  Avoid exposing sterling silver jewelry and other metals to household bleach, which will quickly cause them to discolor and possibly disintegrate.

If your Utility, Versatility, or Flexibility band becomes wet, let it dry naturally. Avoid excessive exposure to heat and humidity.   The Flexibility band may lose some of its elastic properties with use.

Jewelry storage is important as well. At the time of purchase, all DuCee jewelry is wrapped in a protective box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wear, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably-lined box or pouch.

We recommend professional dry cleaning for our scarves.  However, if you hand wash please follow the following steps: 

• Place your scarf in cold water with a mild silk-friendly detergent,

• Leave to soak (no more than 5 minutes),

• Swish the scarf slowly and gently,

• Rinse with fresh water,

• DO NOT IRON
